Elissa and Richard married in Fiji

Dear Hayley,

I contacted you a year and a half ago as I had no idea where to start in planning a destination wedding. All I knew was that we wanted fun, elegant, simple, intimate and, ultimately, a wedding that reflected us as a couple. You helped create the most magical day from the initial phase of finding the perfect destination for us and our guests to the finer details such as wording on welcoming signs or colour of petals down the aisle.

Throughout the planning process, the two things that stand out to me the most is how quick you were to respond to my countless emails and how you embraced all challenges I presented to you such as using new suppliers or creating a look and feel that we didnt even know was possible in Fiji. We had some hiccups along the way and you did your absolute best to eliminate any stress or worries - no request was a hassle and nothing was ever too much to ask, even the last minute requests.

Most married couples I know have said to us that the day goes by so quickly. It didnt feel like that for us - having a destination wedding meant that it wasnt just a day of celebration, it was a whole week. I really appreciate you making yourself available whilst we were in Fiji, prior to the wedding, to eliminate any stresses and last minute planning - This really allowed us to just soak up as much time as possible with our family and friends. The day itself, you were incredible - you ensured everything ran smoothly & ensured everything was taken care of, even the things that didnt go according to plan. I feel grateful that you made yourself available from first thing in the morning until late at night - you must have been so exhausted!!!

Our day was perfect and I can't believe we pulled it off! You took the time to get to know us and the type of wedding we wanted to create for ourselves and for our guests. It exceeded our expectations by far and everyone is still talking about what an amazing and memorable wedding it was.
